they pull the auction off then email their fish or multiple fishes. Say 10 people bid. He says his winning bidder backed out to all 10 people, are you interested? Quotes an even lower price to each of them, but raises the minimum deposite. Requires it be like west union or some other shady form of payment. He not only screws one person he screws 10 people. 1k to 2k deposit, 10 suckers, you do the math. Pull it a few times, and you've made some decent coin in a very short period of time. Illegal? yes! Unethical? Does a bear s*it in the woods? When will the feds catch up with people like this? Who knows.
