Just got my new Navteq DVD.... so I thought this was VERSION 9.. right? The DVD says version 2008/2009, part # 4E0 919 884 BK. But it says copyright 2007.

Is this what everyone else is getting when they get "version 9"?

Just was on hold at Navteq for 10 mins and i hung up / gave up.

Version 2007 came with my A6 and was part# 4E0 919 884 AM.

I bought Version 8 less than a year ago and it had part # 4E0 919 884 AQ even though the case had Version 2007 on the label.

I bought the car (2007 A6) in July 2007 and now have the "opportunity" to install the 3rd set of maps.

By the way, the Garmin Nuvi 660 that I use in my TT runs circles around the Audi nav system. Much better routing!

I guess Version 9 is not quite ready to be shipped.

Version 9 MMI is the version 2008/2009 on the cover. My 2008 Audi Q7 has the 2007/2008 version which is version 8.

They called me to say it was cancelled... I called back, did the order by phone. Navteq had a problem last Friday/Saturday whereby all orders got cancelled... ver 9 is apparently ready. My wife has our car at dinner now...when she gets home I'm going to toss it in and see how it is.

Those of you that have this version 9 disc, would you say the change are substantial from prior versions? Also, would you upgrade again? A couple hundred bucks per version really adds up!
