Checking out the H&R and eibach's. But want to know how much to anticipate before pulling the trigger. Also is it necessary to align if the care is brand new, 1 mo old?

I don't think you have to align unless you change the shocks, but I could definitely be wrong... 2008A6 04-11-2008, 07:54 AM My car was new and I did springs only, but i was advised to definitely do an alignment because the car is sitting lower and the wheel camber will be off. So I went ahead and had the dealer align it so I don't risk premature tire wear. MikekiM@PureMS 04-11-2008, 12:05 PM Check with your local shops for pricing, as prices can vary widely depending on the shops experience. It's a 3hr job for someone who know's what they're doing. Anytime you change ride height you need an alignment do to changes in toe. The more drastic you change height, the more quickly you'll need that alignment. |
