for an A4.

Coupe roofline on an fat sedan body. Has the proportions of the X6, or slightly better.

http://www.worldcarfans.com/9080407.001/volkswagen-passat-cc-in-depth</a

My Honest Opinion on First glance is its a bastardized car.

The headlights look like they are from the A5, the grill, is Standard VW, and the tail lights look like they came straight from the new Camry. I will agree that is has decent lines though...just reminds me of what subaruru did with the legacy. (acura front end with maxima rear end).

Besides, the A5/S5/RS 5 is far sexier than that horribly overpriced (though not nearly as much as the Phaeton, which was catastrophically overpriced) ho hum Volkswagen (the Phaeton actually managed to me ho hum and bling bling simultaneously-and much more of both than that joke of what appears to be a Volkswagen Passat SUV Sedan is ho hum or anything else negative).

And, when it comes out, the A7, as a four-door coupe and-if applicable four-door convertible, will be far sexier than that VW that will once again, be a massive embarrassment to the VAG (but not nearly as much as that atrocity called the Phaeton, which was a catastrophic embarrassment to VW).

Note to the supreme bozos at VW (but not the whole entire VAG that, FWIW, includes Porsche since sometime in CY2005): get a stinking clue for crying out loud! Nobody wants Volkswagens that are $40K or more. That is what the VAG have Audi and Porsche for. The VAG has Lamborghini, Bugatti and Bentley for the $150K or more crowds, of course. If Seat and Skoda are ever sold in North America, the VAG should also have those, apparently, Hispanic (Spanish is politically incorrect) brands for the under $40K crowd.
