K, so I spent most of the evening enjoying the driving experience so I only had time to get a couple pics uploaded. More to come very soon, but let me know what you guys think.
So far, it's the most well-rounded Audi I've had the pleasure of driving . . . love it, just love it!

. . . so I ordered it for $750. I had the dealer double-check to make sure the shipping blocks were removed. It does look like it's riding a bit high still. Any thoughts?

Will install next week -- i'll post before and after pix plus opinion on the different settings. I can't wait for it to come in.

I have an 06 A6 3.2 just like yours. Strange- I don't think I've seen another one in town...

and yes- you have serious audi issues....

When you make a reservation for service, make sure that they know you prefer an Audi as a loaner otherwise you'll get an Enterprise rent-a-sloth. You may have to wait until one is available.

I've always told them I'd gladly borrow one of their Porsche models next door. Funny, they've never taken me up on it.

I guess we are lucky, some dealers don't provide loaners. (We pay for it dearly, though.)

I was looking at the wheel gap again this weekend and I'm leaning the coilover direction. Love to hear how your install goes.

with v3 you can adjust compression and rebound damping options. Each has 12 or 18 settings (clicks)-- i plan on testing it close to max-soft, mid-range and close to max-hard just to see how each differs.

Instructions say not to ride on maximum either hard or soft -- so i'll most likely ride on max-soft minus 2 :)

prices for v3 dont vary much i looked at a dozen sites and the price was from 1950 to 2150 -- just depends if you order them with air mail (2-3 days) or by ship (takes 2-3 weeks). Nobody has them in stock they come from germany direct.

with airmail they will run $1950+
without airmail $1850

i also got a 20% discount so that wasn't a bad deal
