They do come with cargo net. Also come with a cigarette lighter. I think that sack is part of the winter package.

Cold weather package includes the sac. Cargo net is standard. There should be two cigarette lighters, actually, for a total of four power ports (one of which in the trunk)

mine came with 4 tie down anchors that move along the floor tracks onto which you attach the cargo net. they work well with some bungee cords you supply yourself too.
