Anybody experience windows starting to mark from electric window?

My 05 has a very bad track mark on the driver's side, dealer can't find anything astray on the mechanism.

Had the same thing happening on inside surface of both driver and passenger windows on my 6 month old S6. Dealer said it was dirt in the mechanism...how dirt got into the exact same place on both sides at roughly the same time he couldnt answer, but he said they cleaned it out. He was wrong bc it continued to make streaks until the weather warmed up, which was 2 days ago for us here in NE Ohio. Not sure if thats a coincidence or what, and 2 days of nonstreakiness doesnt mean the problem's gone, I'm just happy I don't have to carry around the windex wipes!

I used to get smudges on my windows when I raised/lowered them in wet weather. The problem has gotten better over time.
