Dropped the car yesterday for a 25K service and asked to perform the "Cursor jumping in radio list" update. I have NAV V4 so I gave them a printed copy of the TSB. Sure enough the car was not ready...I have a feeling I'm in for another week of passion...

Finally got the car back and...no update.
Version still showing 27.4
They only changed the DVD to V5 (which I hate anyway)
I'm placing an order for V7!

Well, as I went back to the dealer for a different issue I mentioned that the MMI update for the TSB I reported was not performed as stated but that only the NAV DVD was upgraded from V4 to V5.
They surprisingly told me that I was the only one requesting such updates and they did not have the correct update CD in stock but that as soon as it was received they would call me to perform the ten minute update.
