Just got the 4.2 S-line on Monday the 2nd. So far, 3 problems that I need help with.

1) Ride is excessively bumpy, feels like the suspension is much stiffer than my buddy's '05 s-line.

2) The front seats squeek over minor bumps and regular driving.

3) The main problem I have...The sound is no longer can be heard. The music interface no longer comes up in the MMI screen, nor does any sound come out, not from the radio stations, CDs, or talking Navi...What do I do????

Of course that's nonsense, but what can you do when confronted by such outrageous stupidity?

When I got my 07' A6 S-line in Jan, they forgot to remove the chocks which they fixed and also, the squeak coming from the passenger front seat was related to issue with SEAT BELT which they fixed also. I was hearing noise from the front of the car (dash board, I think). They said a latch was loose which they fixed but I still hear the noise.

Not to me, but am aware of probably 6 other cases over the last few years..not just Audis either. Seems they need to update the checklist of things to do when receiving new cars from the port!

Took the car in for service, tech told me that the settings were wrong on the suspension, that is the reason why there was such a bumpy ride. What settings is he talking about? Are the coilovers? The reason why the sound doesnt work anymore is because the amp is busted, ordered a new one, and his diagnosis of the squeeky seats is that the suspension was set wrong and thus the bumpy ride was contributing to the sound.
