Am thinking of having the dealer change the brake fluid. Anyone done that, and what would be a good fluid to use?

Given that my last dealings with brake fluid was back in my motorcycle days in the mid-eighties, what's available now? Is DOT 5 the standard, since it's not hygroscopic and doesn't affect paint?

but honestly my C6's brake feel is IMO soft as well. Put in combination the CVT problems & it's a bad combo.
