Sadly I've heard (and have experienced), questionable service from many dealers - and I know that this is not limited to SoCal Audi dealers. I should say that Rusnak Audi in pasadena, after some initial wrestling, have become a very good service center for me.

Anyway, a new Audi dealer is opening up in West Covina, Penske Audi. Construction has been ongoing for several months now, and just a few days ago I noticed a few Audi's on the lot. It looks like they still have a month or two, at least, before the showroom will be ready.

I don't know how their service or sales will be, but at least we will have another option. And for me, I'll be glad to have a dealer that is much closer.

My past favorite in the LA area was the Auto Gallery. Now that I am in So. OC, been going to Mission Viejo of which has been great for service.

MV never has service time sooner than 5 days & Commonwealth.....well......at least the Service Advisor was a nice guy.

I believe Commonwealth is more a a VW friendly store anyway. Last time on the lot I noticed more than 3/4 of the lot was VW with very, very few Audi's.

I do have Newport Audi/Porsche but....I had some work brake work done, I had some Brabus Monoblock IVs as my rims & when it was time to pick up the car they tried to give me my car back without the center caps on the car?? They actually left them in a parts truck? Took them over an hour to find the truck to return the caps. Go figure!
