The image quality is bad, but the engine sounds great! Is this the 3.2 V6 or 4.2 V8? The gear changes seem to happen very quickly - much faster than my dad's previous generation A6.

Audi A6 (C6) accelerating

But the rev range is way too short for a petrol engine, and the only way it could have that brisk of acceleration would be if its a modified diesel, most likely a 3.0TDi.

It appears to take 23 seconds to reach 180 km/h or 111.85 mph. Is this good?

a.) scale is in km/h -in Dubai every car has to give an acoustic alarm signal, if the speed exceeds 130km/h (check the video, there is the signal)
b.) it is 100% not a Diesel, the Diesel sounds total different and in Dubai a Diesel? LOL
c.) it's neither a 3.2 FSI nor a 4.2, both have there scale up to 280 km/h. In the Video, the scale ends at 260 km/h
d.) The gear change is to fast and smooth for the TT, it must be a Multitronic (only CVT offers that character in S-Mode)
e.) so it's either a 2.4 or a 2.0 TFSI. Since the Multitronic in combination with 2.0 TFSI is only since a couple of weeks available, it is quite obvious that the engine is a gasoline 2.4 with Multitronic
f.) And finally, it sounds 100% equal to an A6 2.4 Multitronic, I know that, because I own one. LOL
