The best you can do is let the other party hang up, which will increase your chances of a successful disconnect, but not ensure it.

I strongly suggest you visit the Motorola support site and file a complaint. Motorola is not fixing the problem because they don't believe enough customers are affected.

It is an awesome phone to have such a disturbing flaw. Everything else works so perfectly.

BTW, sorry if I dinged you. I had just finished searching out every snippet of information I could find on the RAZR and had made a few lengthy posts on the topic. Didn't mean to overreact. We're all family here... In fact, we're all gonna go over to mpuzach's for beers. (j/k)

I submitted a long description of the problem and have so far just received a generic auto mailer response. I'll post anything worth reporting.

Any news here? Also do your cars find the address book in the phone? Did you have to "do" anything to make it? My address book is in the phone not in the sim and the car doesn't seem to find it.
