Okay, I have a 2004 A4 Ultra Sport and that S-Line makes my car feel like a little toy! What most impressed me was the feel of the suspension. It is so quick and REAL when you turn the steering wheel. Also, the ride is much less harsh than my A4 sports supension. I wonder why? Wheel base length? The only disappointment is the steering wheel is not three spoke with paddles. It is the same one that is in the other cars. It was priced at $61K. That is a lotta coin for a car. But man that was one sweet ride.

I just ordered a 4.2 but at the last minute elected against the S-line. I wanted sport seats (S-line doesn't include those) and wanted sport suspension (which is included in S-line) the thing I really wanted was the 5 spoke wheels but with the car already pushing 60K I decided I didn't need those wheels that much! I suspect I will get the same feel with what I ordered. I hope thats the case.
