CEL light came on-went to local German guy-53K on 4.2 A6. Diagnosis-bad vacuum lines-replaced 4. Bad #5 spark plug (Factory Bosch). One of the 4 electrodes bent over and actually touching ceramic. Cracked. Others worn. Hard to believe Audi says they are 90-100K plugs. New plugs= scary quick.

Q-car was certified when I bought it at 32K 1 year ago. Anyone think I have a case to get some relief (and I ask this without reading my info-maybe a bad on me) with Audi?. Anyway, different car with new plugs.

Also, getting tranny serviced at 55K, although Audi says not yet...
