I don't see how it looks like the Saturn L though. Front grill looks nothing like Saturn and neither does back or lines.

Audi had that rear end design long before Saturn. Just look at the rear ends of the B5 A4 and B6 A4 convertible.

The rear definitely looks like a Saturn, and I think it's mainly that silver strip along the trunk lid. I'm sure the car is nice, and I need to inspect one up close - but from the few I've seen on the road from a distance - I was hoping for more. I do like the pics I've seen floating around that appear to be a p-shop interpretation of the next RS6. If I could source a body kit that would make the C6 look like that, the A6 might be in my future.
