Bingo. The $66K base price of the RS4 is a good guide for what to expect for the RS6.

Anything north of $85K is going to be a problem for Audi dealers and a repeat of the problems they had moving the C5 RS6.

...it pretty much has to include:
> premium stereo
> phone integration
> all the standard drivetrain and suspension and performance of an RS model
> leather seats, CF, blah blah blah

options:
> wheels/tires
> extra technology (who knows by then, but similar to A8 MMI)
> extra interior goodies (special seats, cool/warm pkgs, etc)
> nav (a real one this time)
> parktronic
