View Full Version : How Firm is your RS6 Suspension? If you close the trunk does the car move?

I had my DRC repaired and at least at this point the car is stable at speed. I am putting the summer tires on this week.

I was initially very optimistic about the car being repaired, but I do not recall the suspension being so loose. If I close the trunk with minimal force the car bounces twice.

If I push on any fender I can move the car very easily just like a regular A6.

I recall it being every bit as stiff as an S4 which I did a side by side comparison on recently.

I rode in a new M5 yesterday and the car's suspension is very very stiff, and you can barely move the car by pushing on any fender.

So what is your RS6 like in this regard?

Can you move it easily by pushing or leaning on a fender? Does it move noticibly when you simply close the trunk or hood?

Thanks in advance.
I am going to post a video clip if I can figure out how to do that!

Car barely moves when the trunk is closed. And then only rebounds once, not twice like you observed. I can barely get movement when pushing down on one rear fender and when released it pops right back up without another rebound. FWIW!
