Well, my bad luck with Audi's continues as I had to bail out of the SCC audi drive today when the RS6 developed an oil leak from somewhere above the cats.. Could be engine, could be trans, could even be DRC related...Just a slow drip drip and the occasional puff of blue smoke wafting up from below. smells too! It seems to be worse when driven harder, so I babied her home from Angeles Forest...Cant get under it to see.. soooo, back to the shop she goes monday 8 am..
Was having a blast with the Audi group.. Must have been 40 or 50 of us.. One guy had an Audi GT.. the car that started it all! Great shape!

Oh well.. I was really hoping that this would be the perfect Audi .. I hope it ends with this.. Will keep y'all posted..
*Yawn*

Just about a week ago my RS6 developed a leak in the passenger side valvecover gasket. There is a floor pan that caught most of the oil that leaked out, but it's still dripping. Slowly. If it's the same problem on yours, please confirm. I'll be interested to hear what the service guys tell you. So far, I've been waiting for a gasket to arrive. Then, they're telling me about a day to do the work (as they've never done a valvecover gasket replacement on an RS6 before). Sorry for your troubles.
