It is that time of year as we kick off the SCC Driving Season with our first drive -- The Great Angeles Crest Scenic Run. This year it is all about the drive. SCC has changed the route, expanded it, and made it longer and more thrilling. More hairpins, more climbs, more curves, and just more exciting. The event will begin at the bottom of Angeles Crest Hwy at the famous Hill Street Cafe where Foothill Blvd meets Angeles Crest Hwy. Enjoy some coffee or a hearty breakfast before we head out into the mountains to Devil's Punchbowl for our picnic. We will depart at 9:00AM sharp, so come early, grab some breakfast, and get ready to run with the Audis.
SCC/ACNA will provide lunch for its members and their guests. The lunch will consist of submarine-style sandwiches, cookies, and chips. SCC/ACNA will not provide drinks due to the difficulty of transport. We request that you bring your own drinks. Because SCC is providing lunch, we request that you <b>RSVP for this event ASAP and no later than 02/24/2005</b>.
