I have some performance issues with my beast & am located about 40 minutes from the dealer in Fort Myers (can't recall the name but they also sell Jags), and maybe 70 minutes to the dealer in Sarasota (Suncoast?). Just wondering who to call. If there's no big difference between the two, closer is better, but I'll drive the extra distance if it matters. Loaner availability would be nice but not as important as getting the best technicians possible. I bought the car from a Michigan dealer, so taking it there is a bit impractical. TIA

Make sure whichever you choose has RS6-certified technicians. Not every Audi dealer is authorized to work on RS6s. I'ld also ask to talk directly to mechanic who will be working on your car. They should give you preferential treatment!

...a lot more Audiphiles take part in that forum than this one. Suncoast in Sarasota seems to be the choice; they are mod-friendly, technically proficient, qualified for the RS6 and physically close to MTM. Plus I already got preferential treatment of sorts: The service writer said at first that a loaner would not be available on such short notice. But he thought I had an S6; once he realized it was an RS6, he said a loaner would be available (Monday) if my car needs to stay overnight.
