What part of the country? What color? 300 miles on the titled-as-new car, or 3000? Who drove those miles, and how?

If you're asking about REALLY new -- with, say, 50 miles or less on the odo AND proper title -- then probably MSRP. Otherwise, there are too many variables, per above, to name a price -- for me at least.

That's the answer to what I WOULD pay, if I was shopping. As for what I DID pay, the answer is MSRP. I ordered my beast last year; extremely pleased with the car at 7400 miles after 6000+ mile trip. I do have some issues pending with AoA, tho; some posted here, some on RS6.com

That's a whole 'nother animal, it varies from state to state and dealer to dealer, I've never done it & can't help you. If its lease info you want, maybe you should start a new thread.
