The parts are OE when possible and the shipping is practically next day for me.

He's honest, helpful and VERY Audi-experienced as it relates to these engines and the cars that use them. I'm sure your guy is great but nothing wrong with people helping forum members who have helped them in the past and are now trying to make a go of running their own small business.

When someone is asking "where to buy" something, feel free to recommend whomever you personally like/use. But when they're asking for someone very specific to buy from you might wanna consider that there's probably a very good reason they're asking for a "specific" person.
