and it still hasn't shipped. They originally quoted me at two weeks, but still haven't gotten them in yet, after almost 7 weeks...

I wanna get started on my airbox! ;[

But the TH VS is the BEST option. The site you linked looks like it has some well-made pieces, but not in the sizes I'm looking for. Largest ID they carry is 73mm, which isn't even 3 inches.

design of anything they carry. Only fault I can find with it is that it's very short "front-to-rear" which kills velocity and on the B4 couldn't reach the cold air collector behind the passenger side headlight. A "slight" improvement could be made by adhering a short extension on the outlet end of the bellmouth flair but it still leaves the reduction taper too short for maximum efficiency.

The Turbo Hoses product is definately a better, more efficient hi-flo/hi velocity design for Audi airbox use in terms of comparison that offers a superior longer OD-to-ID slope reduction & length-to-taper velocity-enhancing geometry.

And I'll be the 1st to admit the TH VS ain't perfect... but it remains the best choice of anything else I've personally seen for this specific need.

This one actually looks very similar to the TH one. It may be a cheaper alternative for anyone who doesn't wanna spend $120 for the airbox WS. Though it does say they have a "raw finish".

VOS 4 to 6 inch:

I'm definitely going to wait it out, I just posted this mostly as a PSA for anyone else considering the TH VS.
