just wondering as they have never been cleaned. 1 is only form 2002 (got new injectors FPR and rail from recall) but the other is 13 years old (1995)

Thanks all

replace mesh & reinstall FPR after wiping a dab of silicone grease around the base o-ring. Tho I've NEVER seen one even with over 200k miles with a speck of anything inside or out or in it's filter that was less than spotless/pristine, let alone really dirty enough to even bother with. Don't mess with anything up top as that chamber is isolatedd/sealed from the lower chamber and the elements, never sees any fuel and is pure vacuum and can't get dirty.

Pic shows top vacuum chamber (rising rate FPR) before being converted to adjustable FPR.
