Anyone have a good, and hopefully cheap, reason that I am consistently blowing valve cover gaskets? Please please please tell me someone has an idea cheaper than piston rings....

And take valve covers off, clean out that mesh in there with some sort of engine cleaner or carb cleaner. Make sure to follow specs on tightening down bolt, and clean surfaces with acetone before installation.
