Are the 12V single cam heads interchangeable? I have an AAH engine and I'm looking for a head. I seen a few from a 1996 Audi A4 V6, but I was not sure. I would think it could work.

Cams would have to be swapped to either matched AAH or matched AFC in both heads. Breathing would be vastly different between left and right heads due to smaller valve stem diameters in the AFC and larger in the AAH.

Wouldn't feel a very balanced motor as left and right banks would be making dissimilar HP/TQ in spite of both engines having almost identical HP/TQ ratings from the factory.

The good news is however that either engines heads are swappable right-to-left and/or left to right.
