This weekend I changed my air filter (Mann) and I swear my car runs faster now. If I wash it this weekend I should get another 4-6 HP.

I know this is all psycological, but who else notices the gains just from washing your car or vacuuming the seats?

I know... technically the air filter should give a slight gain, but you get my jist...

But truth is due to the smallish torque of these cars and the weight I doubt anyone can truly "feel" anything less than a 10-12HP gain... myself included.

I take all the dead hookers out of my trunk.

But more seriously, my car doesn't feel faster when I give it attention, I just like driving it more :)
