completely eradicate the smell of Napalm in the morning.
Given that shall we try another attempt at 12V discussions? I'm fresh out of 12V questions but to some's chagrin and others delight (that's what I mean about only being able to please some of the people some of the time) we shall now go back to the previously mentioned product production runs which shall retain their initial tentative production dates.
And I shall endeavor to not insist on getting sucked into future skirmishes/fire fights. No promises but I'll make an effort.

And please waste a can of aerosol "non-chlorinated" brake cleaner on that S-core throttle body before sending my way. I'm gonna have to start reminding people of this or start charging some ridiculous cleaning fee. The stuff people are sending is atrocious and guess who gets to waste a can of "non-chlorinated" brake cleaner on em before they get anywhere NEAR my ultrasonic cleaner? Yep, "him" ;-)

are you more concerned about crud on the inside or the outside of the TBs?

KEEP SPRAYING!! They're filled with more sludge, crud, carbon, varnish, oil and crankcase blowby breather solids than you can imagine. If you've ever seen the inside of an intake manifold you can begin to imagine. And there's NO other route into the IM other than "thru" the throttle body.
Thanks

But I may just end up going with H&R/Bilstein for the price difference/convenience.

IO have been running the 2B coils on my B4 for about a year now, prolly about 30k miles. 350/500lb springs on koni shocks. Also done some tracking with it, super neutral handling, not too stiff, all around def. worth the investment! 2b is actually about 25 minutes from me, and I like their service and products a lot. Kinda funny, stasis is about 25 minutes the other way, and 034 is about an hour! Guess im kinda lucky that way!

but i have seen them, their products, inperson and efinatly worth the money. I was goign to go the H&R with bilsties route too but the cck just seems too good to pass up and if it does come with the new ratio for steering and camber plates...well now we are getting into apples and oranges, both fruit and thats about all

they may well be the single best, longest-lived Audi OEM mount out there! Of course the cheap-o chinese knock-offs (hope you-know-who aint looking or he's sure to think that was directed at him) are junk but the "rea-deal" Audi mounts are friggin GREAT!! You guys are SO lucky in that regard!
I spent over 2 years on & off trying to find a way to adapt C-mounts into the vintage B-chassis before throwing my hands up and going the Pro-Mount direction.
