Thanks guys its been a blast. I have no clue how it works with the insurence and what I can take off the car. If nothing else I'm gonna try and get the RSXTB off, it would be a shame for that to sit in a yard. Thanks Mance for all the help and R&D.

I'm looking for a Red 2006 S4, apparently they are hard to find .

Any advice on how to manipulate the Insurence guy to get parts off the car or oppinions on what to get next is always appreciated.

What would you guys do, S4 or the link with this this http://www.goapr.com/Audi/products/turbo_8pa3_k04.html?

If nothing else I will have my clip in Schroth horness and Stabilizer bar to sell as well as a virtually new Thule bike rack my pagid blue pads with about 50% life and VS. I will hopefully be able to get teh RSXTB, S3 hose kit MAF and ram air, Nology wires.<ul><li><a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-5-B7-Audi-A4-Quattro-2-0T-Sport-Low-Miles-Extras_W0QQitemZ250159661781QQihZ015QQcategoryZ600 3QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem">Ebay 2.0T</a></li></ul>

of course you will have to replace them with the factory OEM units, but you should be able to get the RSXTB and intake components off.

I would definitely fight to get those back, your absolutely right in that the RSXTB should not end up in some junkyard.

Heck, tell me where the car is and I'll go get them :), Lol

P.S. Sorry to hear about your loss :(

though , if you are looking to sell some things once you are able to retrieve them, I would like first dibs on the VS and RSXTB.

If it becomes available, I'd be interested in the RSXTB.

Good luck!

Especially considering Mance no longer does 12v induction parts, you can get top dollar for them.

I can give those Nology wires a home if you get them.

missed an amazing 2 days at Watkins Glen on the 27th and 28th... completely made up for last year!

Mind sharing the story of what happened?

As for the insurance... as long as you "replace" what's removed, it's generally not too bad. If you mention to the insurnace company you have aftermarket parts on the car, sometimes they let you pull them off. worth a shot.
