Do I need to loosen the camshaft sprocket to remove and replace the belt because I didnt? Also once the belt is on and tighten to where I think it should be can I turn the the cranckshaft a full rotation to make sure its fine?

The whole timing belt thing is scaring the **** out of me. I honestly believe I can and will finish it properly Just one mistake means well...
One more thing Can I run the car wihtout the surp belt hooked up to make sure timing is correct, not to tight not to loose. Or do I have to veiw it with the surp belt in place?

But you'll know whether the timing is off as soon as you start her up, if it is good then the engine will run, if not expect a clank and then nothing.
You have nothing to worry about as long as the following are true, the crank is at TDC the tool is inserted and holding the crank in position, next the TB tool fits perfectly onto the camshaft sprockets without any major force, and last the tensioner is installed properly and torqued to spec.
You always want to turn the engine over at least twice before starting it.

Now my freaking tensioner bolt striped on the inside. Guess I will try and re-tap it but I doubt that will work. So I might have to make the hole bigger :/

and needs to be loosened just a bit. As CrazyCab said, it's not too bad of a job. I don't know what to tell ya about your stripped bolt/hole though.

Put Heli-coil in the hole wich will reduce the thread diamater back down to 8mm. I couldnt find my Tap set so I had to buy a kit which cost 25$ compared to just buying the Heli-Coil for $7.99. Its cool though because I found the Tap set now that I actually tried looking for it and I now have a new Tap to go with my set. Tap's aint cheap. :/

I actually have two.. But I also have a set that was passed down to me and I think its from the late 80's early 90's. Anyway back then it cost $135.oo Its got aprox 2 dozen bits. I have a metric and a standered set. I have a basement set of tools that was pretty much handed down to me :). I got lucky.
