I heard rumors that MB Quart doesn't sell them anymore. You can call MB Quart directly for information only as they don't sell to consumers. I used their site to find a dealer near me.

The MB Quart adapters are kind of pricey for what they are (don't remember what I paid, though). You may be better off making your own adapter.
