Ok I got myself the serial Cable off of ebay, and I downloaded the software from Ross-Tech, version 311.2 My problem is that when I test the connection I keep getting interface not found?? Anyone know what options I have to change in the OPTIONS menu?? NE- one know how to get this thing to work??

How do I get the central Locking feature to work?? I can check certain things like the Drivetrain and the Auto HVAC. But I want to recode the CENTRAL LOCKING Features. It can't seem to communicate. A window comes up and says no response from controler. Out of all the features reprogramming the central locking was one of the most important features I wanted to do. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help. Thanks.

Does anyone else have any ideas? I did a search and found that someone tried lowering the baud rate... Has anyone tried this?? And what is the magic number?? I also tried this w/ no luck.

I think you can't do this up to the '98.5, but don't hold me on that. You can either lock all at once or unlock all at once... other than that, use a key ;)
