NGK? Beru? Delco? Copper, nickel-plated copper, platinum, iridium?

I was gonna go w/ OEM NGK's, but here locally, it was betweeen Bosch platinum 2's, & plain jane Champions. So I went the Bosch route.

I'm gonna take a trip back to Oklahoma at the end of June for my HS reunion, & drop off my daughter at my mom's. She's gonna stay there until my mom visits sometime in July. But anyway, my plugs were past due, & I just want peace of mind & better mileage for the trip. On my #3 plug, there was buildup joining one of the anode thingy's to the porcelain around the electrode. It was bad, & I haven't been too long past due on changing them out.

I just prefer copper or nickel-plated copper because they give a much better spark than platinum plugs. They also resist detonation better.

What if you get the Delco Rapid Fire #9 plugs that Mik Tip recommends?

these have 2 anodes, but not 4.
