First impulse item is the RTB. My son is probably looking at getting a new car witin a few months so we don't want the daler to get it with the trade. That means it's up for grabs. There's plenty of pics of it at my pic poster: any pic titled "RTBanything." I was able to massage 696CFM out of it with tecniques learned on the the XTB series but I can't break into the 700's with it. Price: $310 same as a new XTB for slightly less flow and one of only two known "special" throttle body cores to-date. A painstakingly and meticulously machined & hand-made TB with sleeved velocity stack... the best I've ever made. Brand new conversion with less than 3 hours testing/use. Re-cleaned ultrasonically, lubed and ready to install with included new gasket

Next item is the S3+ TB from my car. Since I'm running an XTB now it's a paper-weight to me. It's the only other one like MrD's on the planet and flows right at 480CFM (481.25). I never offered these for sale to the public because people weren't willing to pay the $600+ in labor it took to make them. Ultrasonically cleaned, lubed and ready to install with included new gasket. Price: $250.

Both prices are based on exchange for your old "un-modified" throttle body and are for 96 & later 2.8 12V. I will be flexible on the exchange basis, ie; for an additional $100/$75 respectively I will sell the RTB/S3 without an exchange unit as thats what a new (used) core will cost me to replace them.

And I am now loaded for bear inventory-wise except for silicone elbows. Until and if I start approaching $7k days like last time I will remain open. Tho I cannot keep up with $5k+ order days for very long without getting behind and running out of inventory, materials and supplies. So order all ya want. I'll say "when" if it gets too crazy again.

And thanks for all the cooperation, patience with shipping times and tolerance afforded me during the past few weeks that have allowed me to catch my breath, re-organize, re-tool, re-stock and gear up for some of the new stuff going out of here.

still be waiting for it. I have all those results in a notebook thats been MIA for about 6 months. In it is your actual flow numbers which I'm guessing are in the 500-510 range. The one I did for myself only had about 85% of the work put into it that yours has.

I've got too many packages to ship on my next shipping day as it is. But only a few for the next ship date. I'm trying to limit myself to 1-2 shipping days a week as it's just not efficient to go to the post office every or every other day.

When I get a grinder (whenever that will be) I was going to bevel the inside on the inlet flange to reduce the boundary layer disturbances like you did on the RTB. Do you think I should sand the venturis to take off some of the polish with 80 grit?

I think my next project will be the ARC2 so I can get your next trinket (the one that is awaiting testing in warming temps).

Thanks.... :-D

I'm curious what it'll sound like. I'm thinking of going that route, but wanna make sure this time around that it's something I'll like. I don't wanna make the same mistake twice if ya know what I mean.

Obviously I'd meet you up where you are... not fair of me to ask you to come to Va Beach to give me a ride around =P

How far are you from Outer Banks? I went there for the first time last year with my wife and we had a great time. We stayed in Corolla. Just curious. We'll definately go back but maybe not this year. I think I have a few pics in my poster.
