For an exhaust bent up.

I would be supplying the cats, flex joints and muffler, just to do the bending, welding of flanges and install.

It would most likely be 2.5-2.75" OD pipe with a setup pretty much similar to the stock setup but with a dual inlet/outlet muffler.

$125 to get the muffler, resonator put in, and another $35 to get the resonator pulled out =P and have the stock one put back in

That is probably a little high but unfortunately that was the cheapest place I could find near me, and the guy did an awesome job. He also let me stand with him and watch as he buzzed up the system.

you will probably be looking around $125 to $175 is my guess though cuz that's a good bit of bending. If you can get a hookup though, you will probably be able to do it cheaper.

first off, you should go to a shop that you heard of or on recomendation to ensure they'll do good job and then bargain the price, i would say it shouldn't be over $100-140 tops. On my previous car, I had cat-back installed with their piping, glasspack and magnaflow(the good ones) muffler all for $300. On this 90 I was changing things around so i am not sure w/overall price

place in my area that does crush bends. Are you planning on getting DP's fabricated or just the cats and back? Just the cats and back shouldn't cost you more than $200.

I plan on getting high flow cats and replacing only the piping beyond the Y with 2.25" or 2.5" with high flow resonator and muffler. Will probably go 2.5" cuz of the crush bends.

I did that with a high flow magnaflow muffler and it sounded loud as hell. And that was with the stock cats still intact. I can only imagine it would be louder with high flow cats.

You would be better off adding a solid mid-muffler and not high flow.

you can buy the mandrel bends and piece it together.

and he says he has a mandrel bending machine. wether he's BSing me or not is the question. But he says when I'm ready he'll hook me up REAL good.

Ask to see a piece of pipe bent in their machine. You can tell pretty easily whether he's telling the truth. Or you can call anonymously and talk to someone else and ask them.
