It is not a very difficult joh, but it is a pain. well, I guess no pain no gain. No money = pain too =) Get your car check for leaks, it costs around $110 (recharge + leak test + tax). They won't recharge it if you don't perform a leak test. I guess many 12v audi have evaporator "the evil" problems. Go to A/C shop, they'll be able to tell you what is wrong. It is somehow related to the A/C system according to a fellow AW member.
