I would suggest that on the questions where you rank things from 1 to 5, 5 should be LIKE and 1 should be DISLIKE rather than the way that you have them.

Most people won't even read what 1 and 5 equal and will assume that 5 means like.

why did you have to ask if I was currently employed? =(
