I am fairly handy with a wrench but haven't removed the TB before. Thanks!

the two 10mm and four 6mm hex bolts or unconnecting the various other hoses connected to the TB and the plenum.

Just memorize and/or photograph the vacuum lines before you take everything apart as they will fall apart all over the place if they have become brittle with age.

For the one green-striped hose that runs from the TB to the Plenum, just prepare a new piece of it approximately six inches longer--it's diesel-rated 3mm hose or upgrade to silicone hose--so when you have to take off the plenum off again, you will have an extra six inches of hose to move around and will not need to try to disconnect it before dislodging the plenum from the TB. Reason: No fricking finger space or leverage down there, and, as the hose gets older and less flexible, it becomes near impossible to disconnect.

Otherwise, it's an easy job, if you have any technical experience or inate skill.
