While the engine was out I assembled the exhaust and intercooler piping so everyone could get a better idea exactly how my turbo system is setup.

You can see the probe for the drivers side EGT in the collector on the TDL header, I have one on the passenger's side as well, but its not installed in the picture.

It sure would be nice to shorten the intercooler piping. The last two pictures show the wastegate dumping to atmosphere under the front of the engine, makes for great noises.

The engine is ready to go back in the car, fixed a bunch of problems, but as I was going to put the engine in the car, I noticed a bad leak in the clutch slave cylinder. I'm going to have to wait a few more weeks until I can get this back together.
As far as the superchager goes my plan at the moment is to build an intake manifold with an air/water intercooler integrated into it. Its going to be tricky without having to add a hood bulge of some sort. Probably going to remove the power steering pump and replace it with an electric one and place the SC pulley where the PS one was. The supercharger is a very long term project as I have many more pressing projects I need to take care of first. I actually don't know what I'm going to do with it when I build it, since I plan on keeping my car turbo. Once I get a working prototype going I'll figure that out, but I have played with the idea of "twincharging" my car.
