I noticed that my car was acting "funny" today. So when I got to my friends house I jacked it up to look at the suspension. The front driver side seemed weird. I found something to be wrong... stick with me here cuz I dont know what its called. The very rear top bushing seemed to have come loose. It wasnt flush like the one on the other side. I know its connected to the steering somehow, but again dont know what its called. Anyway, has anyone had this happen? Can I still drive my car?

There are two "bars" that come down from the top of the shock. They both have a rubber boot at the end where it connects to the hub. Is this to what you're referring?
