The car is still under warranty so is their something I can tell the dealer to get them to fix it under warranty?

I am trying to program my 2002 A4 using VAG-COM so that I can have the following:

Window control with remote
1 touch unlock of all 4 doors
Horn sounds when arming
Lights flash when arming
Automatic door lock/unlock

How can this be acomplished when receiving the error message I listed originally?
