A friend just bought a 01 Jetta that came with one remote. Carmax added a second remote and has it coded correctly to start the car. They were not able to get the remote control function to work.

If I set New Value to '2' Test and Save are grayed out so I can not save. I can save '1' however WSC is 00066 which seems strange.

Channel 00 Save and this will erase all stored remote codes

Now, you may go into 46-10-01-number of remotes-save, then press the lock button on each of the new remote
