Hi everyone, I have 2 A6 Audi's. One the vag com works with no problem the other one I cant get it to work. I have checked 2 other A4's and 1 would work and 1 wouldnt. Does anyone know why these 2 cars wont read. Any help would be great. Thanks Alot, Joe

What does it say when you click TEST on the Options screen when it's plugged into a car on which it works? And when it's plugged into a car on which it doesn't work?

I did get it to work once on this A6 and then not again but my other A6 it works every time. The 1 A4 I never could get it to work on.

A KEY-COM should be explicitly recognized as such, a firmware version should be displayed, and so on.

What version of VAG-COM are you using? Please try the latest version 409.0 if you're using anything older.
