Would be very grateful for any pointers for using VAG-COM to accomplish the following:
1. stop the chirping when locking/alarming
2. stop the seatbelt chime
3. disable the auto-MMI-screen-popup bypass the lawyer warning and need to hit "accept" when car started
4. (with "smart key" option): disable the chime when warning about needing to press and hold the "stop engine" button to set the steering lock.

0 - no warning
1 - EU-NCAP
2 - US

My module 17 2nd to last digit was 3, so I'm thinking maybe for 2005 they introduced another entry? Maybe a Canada version. But setting it to 0 succeeded in silencing the seatbelt warning.
