... Mine was not set properly from the factory. Dealer fixed it on my first service.

you need to convert to kilometers abd then enter the converted value. For example 8,000 km equals approc 5,000 miles, therfore the number you enter is is 8.

im at 17600, and i want it to say 2400 mi to service, for my 20000

which I haven't looked into.

You could always change your service interval to 2(000) miles, that way you'll be notified in 2,000 miles, which is close enough to 20,000.

Then, once you have your service done and the distance reset, change the interval to your preference. (5, for example, if you want 5,000 mile service intervals.)
