I have an stock ecu from a 2k1 a4 1.8t fwd tip, that i want to swap to a chipped ecu from a 2k a4 1.8t quattro manual. How do i use the vag to interchange these two ecus?

07251 = Quattro Tip
07201 = Quattro Manual

Go to the engine module, click recode, and change the software coding to one of the above to recode your Fwd Tip ecu. Make sure you jot down the original software code (should be something like 07051 or 07151) in case something goes wrong.
