View Full Version : Can One Adjust Idle Speed with VAG-COM? MHA4 04-07-2003, 07:14 PM Kirk 04-07-2003, 07:32 PM ... try this warmed up at idle select engine select adaption select channel 01 and enter a value from 124 to 132 (132 being highest) then save. Idle will immediatly rise. I've never tried this. Do so at your own risk. Your results may vary. Also, try searching and reading the ross-tech web site for all this info and more. I have found that adaptation channel 01 of the ECU module allows idle to be raised or lowered in 10 rev/min steps from about around 750 to about 850 rev/min. The adaptation value ranges from 120 to about 135 as I recall. Having the adaptation functioning in VAG-COM is a major improvement to the product. My thanks to Uwe and his team for all the extra effort required to get adaptation included. BlueSander 03-01-2012, 08:03 AM Can this be done on the Audi A6 C6 3.2 engine? Uwe@Ross-Tech.com 03-07-2012, 05:24 AM In general, it is not possible to predict whether it can or cannot be done on a particular ECU variant without actually trying it. -Uwe- |
