warmed up at idle
select engine
select adaption
select channel 01
and enter a value from 124 to 132 (132 being highest)
then save.
Idle will immediatly rise.

I've never tried this. Do so at your own risk. Your results may vary.

Hi Andy,
Yes, that's what the official Bentley/Audi info states. I have found that adaptation channel 01 of the ECU module allows idle to be raised or lowered in 10 rev/min steps from about around 750 to about 850 rev/min. The adaptation value ranges from 120 to about 135 as I recall.
Having the adaptation functioning in VAG-COM is a major improvement to the product. My thanks to Uwe and his team for all the extra effort required to get adaptation included.

Can this be done on the Audi A6 C6 3.2 engine?

In general, it is not possible to predict whether it can or cannot be done on a particular ECU variant without actually trying it.
