Just looking for first impressions.
Currently have the 2.0 CVT and it's too slow off the mark. I want a little more "oomph".

My dealer is selling one for $1400 that bumps power to about 135 - 140kW (not sure exactly). But that was for the old 110kW engine.

Couldn't be as much of a slug as the 2.0!

& makeup of the suspension & chassis makes a big difference.

Had a loaner A4 2.0 CVT during my first service and was convinced that going with the 120kW 1.8T was the right choice. That said had a Wett chip installed at 3000km - great improvement and no problems with 9,000km now on the clock.

But anything above 150KW, strongly recomended Clutch Upgrade kit.

Which is all locally tuned and soon will be going for more HP.
