Wee i ended up getting a new set of Phillips H7 Crystal vision globes.

yes they very white and better view than stock globes.
RRP is $120

I could get a Bulk buy organized at $99 ie $90 + GST.

Out of Interest, philips web pages only mentions Blue Vision globes as the closest match, the noticed stock number on my box and it mentions the exact same stock number on blue vision globes.
So it looks like same globe, just different name in different countries.

Definately worth upgrade, unless you have xenon.

Anybody thinking of doing aftermarket HID upgrade?

Will the HID conversion that you have fitted be suitable for the H7 fog lamps on the Audi?

theres not enough room for balasters with the philips kit but im sure theres some sort of kit that will fit ask in the A4 forum some one there will be able to help you out

What a PITA to install!

I just tried to get the W5W and H6W globes in crystal vision to match the H7 I already have. Unfortunately they are not made in crystal vision. They are made in blue vision but according to Philips they blue vision puts out a blue light whereas the crystal is a white light.
